Scicos - Good Alternative for Simulink Matlab

Scicos is a good alternative for Matlab's Simulink. The interface is quite different from Simulink but for those whose looking for different simulation views with different engines, this could be a good solution.

It also comes with HDL toolbox which can be installed directly to the Scicos pacakage. Download toolbox HERE.

Great Programming Game - Roboships

This is a great game for programmers, navy engineer and warship combat systems designers. This game incorporate the radar basic algorithm design, basic gun control, weapon control and manoeuvre algorithm. It is so cool we can even put more than 1 radar onboard a ship. This game use simple Object Oriented Programming and all the ships basic behavior is pre programmed. Example of great ships can be downloaded here. Anyone interested to have a big battle with my armada of battle ships just leave a comment.
